Day #6

So it's drawing in on Monday, and although there hasn't been a lot to discuss the last few days, I have to say now, I'm very excited for the weigh in and re-measure. Not so much the weigh in actually, as I know that can fluctuate a lot, but more on seeing what I've lost from my waist and hips.

On top of that, looking forward to getting back in the gym. I took a week off after that last session because the aches were persisting, but it should be much better after this week of healthy eating. I'll be trying a 1 Rep Maximum lift before starting the cardio as well - a single deadlift, and I'll be attempting 155kg.

I can see some changes already, so I'm glad I've really decided to stick to it this time. So, here's to tomorrow and into the future, to one and to all - Cheers!
